We are pleased to report that with the recent fine weather, our members have enjoyed a busy period playing our mallet sports both socially and competitively.

We have had representatives participating in competitions (Golf Croquet and Gateball) at West Toowoomba, Laurel Bank, Bribie Island, Southport and Hervey Bay clubs. Everyone enjoyed the experience and recommended the experience to all players as an opportunity to improve their game and meet other players of this great sport.

Toowoomba Croquet Club recently held its annual Friendship Day. As we all know, a lot of work goes into these events by volunteers that generously give their time and effort and this was much appreciated by the club. As a result, we had a very enjoyable day that was attended by players from our local and regional clubs. Golf Croquet was played on all of our playing fields throughout the day. We look forward to our next Friendship Day and invite any other clubs and their members to our club in the beautiful city of Toowoomba.
