The Range-Maleny celebrates CAQ's centenary with an Alice In Wonderland theme

Once again the weather has taken control and dictated when and if we make it to the lawns. Our area is renowned for good rainfall and, at the time of writing, we have recorded 2484 mm for the year, well above our yearly average.

Much preparation went into the Centenary celebration of croquet, but the day dawned to not ideal croquet conditions, and the anticipated numbers in attendance did not eventuate. However, those who did attend, both club members and visitors, really enjoyed themselves with what we had to offer. Three members, Andrea, Sarah and Val, put a great deal of time and effort into the spectacular 'Alice In Wonderland' theme, which adorned the lawns and surrounds. Thank you ladies for your splendid contributions.

The pennant teams are competitive and participating in some very enjoyable encounters across the region. As usual, several of our players are travelling and competing in other regions.
