Murwillumbah reports clubhouse improvements and end of year club activity

The clubhouse has been painted and is looking very smart. Just the inside of the clubhouse needs painting to be completed. The new storage and seating boxes have been installed along with a new 'office' unit.

The club was targeted by vandals who smashed the equipment shed and used spray paint on the lawn, which is still recovering.

Club members are participating in club competitions in all codes. Prizes are to be distributed at the club end of year function.

The club sent get well wishes to members on the sick list: Unabelle, Phyll, Louise and Brenda.

It was disappointing to have to cancel the Ricochet Doubles Tournament. The club may schedule this tournament for later in August next year so it is not so close to the Region tournament.

Murwillumbah wished everyone a very happy festive season.
