GCTR tournaments and Ricochet pennant preparations at Coolangatta

A few notes for you. A busy period for Coolangatta, with several of the GCTR Association tournaments being held here. Events were held from Saturday 2nd to Friday 8th of July, being The Over 70's, Division 2 and rounds of the Open. The MMAD event held at Murwillumbah was won by Lorelle Parker and Gavin Clarke.

Prior to this, Coolangatta, representing GCTR, played in Association Centenary Pennants at Wynnum and came fourth. In the Ricochet Centenary Pennants at Windsor, we came second. Preparations are now under way for the GCTR Ricochet Championships to be played at Coolangatta in September and the Isobel McLaren H/Cap Ricochet in October. Otherwise, daily play and Pennants in all codes keep the club busy. We have another Bunnings BBQ in September to prepare for.
