Burleigh Heads Palm Beach has had another busy couple of months. The club's Bunnings BBQ in August was a huge success, raising nearly $3,000. Members worked hard and thanked Chris for organising the day.

The GCTR Division 2 Ricochet tournament was held at the club in September. Chris, Malcolm and Ann from BHPB, Michael and Val from Murwillumbah and Gavin from Coolangatta took part. Malcolm won, Chris was runner up and Gavin from Coolangatta was third. Joy was thanked for running the kitchen.

Beth and Ann played in the Windsor Doubles in August and came a creditable second in the top division. The Annual Division One Hudson Cup was hotly contested over two days, with Chris taking the trophy 2-0 against runner up Dot. The courts will close in mid October for renovations.
