Windsor edges Toombul in Division 3 Pennants

After all the rain it was lovely to be able to play in the sunshine at Windsor today for the Division 3 Pennants.

It was Windsor versus Toombul, with 2 doubles matches followed by 4 singles games, then 4 reverse singles games. There was a lot of nail biting going on and the scores were very close. Windsor won this round only by 2 points. It could have been anyone's game.

Thanks to Greg from Merthyr who kindly refereed the tournament. Thanks also to the Toombul players for being good sports. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did.

And of course we thank those Windsor members who set the hoops, marked the lawns, recorded the scores and provided morning tea, as well as any other task that was required.

We're looking forward to the next tournament against Eildon in July.
