Welcome back to Ron from Bateau Bay

couple of weeks ago, Stephens had the pleasure of welcoming back Ron from Bateau Bay Croquet Club, NSW.

Ron was introduced to croquet at East Brisbane in 2019. He often visits his family in Queensland, and he enjoys a game at Stephens, in Yeronga Park.

"I play there, as they have four lawns in great condition, that are well maintained, as are the surrounding gardens, and the members are a friendly group."

How could we not post such a recommendation!

Ron plays a mean game. After returning to NSW following this trip, he played in a Silver Brooch Tournament and came second, and is now a handicap of 5. What an inspiration!

Ron is pictured with Stephens Club members Maude, Ces and Ralph.
