Twin Rivers celebrates new courts at Christmas lunch
Twin Rivers marked a busy year with a Christmas lunch, trophy presentations and the completion of two new courts. The club thanked its patron, local supporters and sponsors.
fter a very busy year we had a lovely Christmas lunch and celebrated the completion of our two new courts that will be ready for some action in the not too distant future.
Trophies were presented to our club singles and doubles champions Elaine and Brian and the most improved player Wade, along with some special recognition to our new courts project team of Jim, Trevor and Lesley and our champion cake baker Bev.
Joining us for lunch were our Patron Bert van Manen (MP) and Karen Murphy (Councillor), whom we thank for their unwavering support. We would also like to thank all our sponsors for their contributions throughout the year.
To all our friends and followers, we would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2024.
