Three Wynnum members join Queensland Golf Croquet Development Squad

Congratulations to three of our members, Cameron, Nathan and Sue, who were invited to the Queensland Golf Croquet Development Squad. The first session was held at Stephens Croquet Club on Saturday 15th March 2025.

CAQ Vice-President Mary McMahon shared valuable insights on the squad's purpose, the pathway to progress, and how players can take charge of their improvement. The focus session, "Skills, Thrills, and Drills," had everyone working hard on specific techniques to sharpen their game.

Doubles matches also gave players the chance to receive strategic advice from coaches and assistant coaches, helping them level up their skills even further. It was fantastic to see such engagement, with plenty of thoughtful questions and intense focus throughout the session!
