Stephens wrest Patron's Cup from Graceville in the rain

Graceville CC visited Stephens for the 2014 Patron's Cup on Saturday 16 August. The cup was inaugurated in 2013 by Councillor Nicole Johnston, who is Patron of both clubs.

Continuous light rain did not deter the large group of Association and Golf players, who happily donned assorted rainwear and enjoyed the wet weather challenges (and a delicious lunch and afternoon tea).

Competition was fierce, with Stephens being the eventual winner, wresting the cup from Graceville, who won it last year.
