Stephens joins Graceville's 100th anniversary Pamphlett Bridge Challenge

On Saturday 4th May, World Croquet Day, our club was invited to celebrate Graceville Croquet Club's 100th Anniversary by participating in the inaugural Pamphlett Bridge Challenge, a new event sponsored by local Federal Member Graham Perrett MP.

A new book about the club was sponsored by Mark Bailey MP - Labor for Miller.

The club was also celebrating a major refurbishment of the clubhouse. @brisbanecityqld

After a warm welcome from President Michael Eddiehausen, the tossing of the coins was performed by the Patron of both clubs, Cr Nicole Johnston. An enthusiastic crowd played both Association Croquet and Golf Croquet under heavy skies.

Quite appropriately, Graceville won the day and, of course, there was CAKE and a delicious lunch.
