Sixteen players enjoy June Brooch at Windsor

Not sure what you were doing on Friday, but 16 croquet players hit the lawns at Windsor for the June Brooch. I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday (or any day)!

We had a player who played in their first golf brooch and won their block. There were a few players who demonstrated how to do some skilful shots. It was a wonderful day and everyone enjoyed themselves. The camaraderie and great sportsmanship made the day even better. Just gotta love croquet!

Congratulations to the winners:

- Block A - Brian (Wynnum) - Block B - Viv (Wynnum) - Block C - Ian (Merthyr) - Block D - Graham (Eildon)

Thanks to Bec for being Tournament Manager extraordinaire and Max for refereeing. Thanks to all the other club members who pitched in to do the jobs that needed doing and helped make the day a great success.

Thanks also to Grinners Trophies.

Entries are open for the July brooch. There are still a few spots available. Entries are via our website: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/windsor/events/291460
