Rockhampton Gateball Competition 2026 teams and doubles results

We had a wonderful weekend in Rockhampton, as always. The Rockhampton club put on a fantastic event, with beautiful weather, excellent lawns and great hospitality. It was all very much appreciated by everyone who attended.

Congratulations to Chris and Steve on winning the Doubles event, defeating Warren and Emma in a very close final that came down to a single point. The doubles competition was played in a fantastic spirit, with plenty of fun and friendship shared throughout. Thank you to everyone who participated and supported the event.

In the Teams event, Rockhampton claimed the win after a tightly contested match against Moreton Bay Green. With two games each, the result was decided on net points. Moreton Bay Green was made up of players from Moreton Bay Gateball, Southport, Eildon and Canberra Croquet Clubs.

A great weekend of gateball all round. Well done to all involved.
