Pine Rivers players shine at Southport Gateball competition
Three Pine Rivers players travelled to Southport for a triple Gateball competition, finishing fourth overall. Judy handed captaincy to Allen, who led the team to two wins.
Three players from Pine Rivers went down to Southport today to play in their triple Gateball competition: Karren, Judy and Allen. We all did our club proud. Overall we came fourth.
Judy has handed over the captaincy to Allen so she can concentrate on her own game. Allen was very successful as captain – two games for two wins. Well done, Allen. I think you’ll make a good captain.
