Pickvance and McLean runners-up at Wynnum's George Hartnett Challenge
Twin Rivers' Richard Pickvance and Graham McLean of Windsor won Block B with seven straight wins. They finished runners-up after a tight final against Alison Oatway and Rosemary Newsham.
ompetitions for 2025 are well underway, and Wynnum ran their George Hartnett Metropolitan Challenge on the weekend with some interesting results.
Twin Rivers was represented by Richard Pickvance, playing with Graham McLean from the Windsor Club. They won Block B with seven straight wins and were the eventual runners-up after a very tight game against Alison Oatway and Rosemary Newsham, who won 7/6.
