Rain-Soaked Practice Pays Off for Sue Maher at Ballina

See what happens when you practice the day before the event regardless of the pouring rain. At the NSW Advantage Golf Singles at Ballina NSW on 10 July, East Brisbane's Sue Maher beat Peter Freer of Canberra, and went on to win five of her seven block games. She has since carried that form into the knockouts, winning her quarter-final to reach the semi-finals. A great result, and a great experience for Sue.
