ssociation Croquet - another May weekend with perfect weather where, win or lose, everyone said how much they enjoyed themselves - lots of friendly competition and laughter.

For Mike Gidding, winner of the Victorian Croquet Association Association Croquet Open Singles, it was well worth the trip up from Ballina to Graceville Croquet Club for the 2021 Ena Mountney Shield. He won the Yellow Block and played Coolangatta's Yuni Rowell in the play-off.

Stephens' Bruce Ford and Heather Knight played off Third and Fourth - Heather won 26-1.

The event was sponsored by Justea and Terminator Mallets - thanks Lindsay David, who also managed and played in the event.

Also "wearing two hats", Graceville's Helen David and Sue Cunningham did a great job with the catering as well as playing. Thanks to Vice President and Greens Director Michael Eddiehausen for preparing the venue.
