Merthyr wraps up Brisbane Metropolitan Pennants season

And that's a wrap! Merthyr has finished our season for the Brisbane Metropolitan Golf Pennants 2019!

We had a great, but very blustery day yesterday with the wind out in full force. We tied on games with Windsor Croquet Club and lost by one hoop. We performed better against Stephens Croquet Club, winning on games 4-2 (+6 hoops).

As it stands, Merthyr is 5th of 10 clubs for the series, but there are a few more club matches still to be played in the coming weeks. We'll have another wrap-up post about the series still, but wanted to take a moment to thank all of the club members and public who came and supported the team over the year. Your presence is always noticed and appreciated by us all!
