Merthyr wins both matches in golf croquet pennants round 3

Our golf pennants team played round 3 at Wynnum this Sunday. Hosted graciously by our friends at Wynnum Croquet Club, we also played a match against our neighbours from Windsor Croquet Club.

Merthyr won both of our matches today (4 wins to 2 losses in both matches). Congratulations to everyone for a good day of play, and special mentions to David & Adrian, who left undefeated for the day!

Many thanks to Dick for setting the lawns and John for volunteering his time to referee for the day, and to everyone else from Wynnum who was out to support or provide scrumptious catering.
