Merthyr players active on the Brisbane tournament scene

Merthyr players were out and about on the tournament scene this weekend, representing both Golf and Association codes around Brisbane.

David ("Bavid") and Casey played in the BNR Doubles Golf competition, held at Windsor Croquet Club (not Graceville, as previously noted!) on Sunday. They played well, winning three games and losing on a few scant net hoops. Well played, gentlemen. No pics this time, as they were too focused on play to snap a selfie! Zach was out at Wynnum Croquet Club (pictured) playing in the Qld Association Div 3 Championship. Greg Porter left the competition undefeated with 6 wins, leaving Cameron, Zach and Eunice to tussle for the remains! Despite the low scores, players reported an enjoyable weekend of challenging competition. ([results](https://croquetscores.com/2021/ac/qld-div-3-championship/block))

Congratulations to everyone on the tournament scene, and thanks as always to the referees and support staff behind the scenes who organise these events.
