Merthyr members gather for Thanksgiving dinner

Merthyr club members and friends gathered to celebrate an American Thanksgiving dinner yesterday.

"Friendship" was the main meal, served alongside ribs, wings, poutine, green beans and many other scrumptious sides, salads and dessert plates brought by members. (Thanks to Big Roddy's Rippin' Rib Shack for catering the hot stuff.)

We celebrated with a toast to absent, old, new, and departing (to Canberra!) friends, as many new connections were made and stories shared over a long table together.
