McIlwraith hosts CAQ Golf Croquet Reserve Squad practice
McIlwraith Croquet Club hosted a practice session for the CAQ Golf Croquet Reserve Squad, led by Murray Tinker and Dick Byres, with a showcase of club improvements.
It was our pleasure this morning to host a practice session for the CAQ Golf Croquet Reserve Squad, expertly led by the always entertaining Murray Tinker from Caloundra Mallet Sports Club and supported by the wealth of experience of Dick Byres from Bribie Island Croquet Club.
Our own Graham Young took the opportunity to showcase some of McIlwraith’s recent “improvers” including our dew brooms, compost bins and thriving member herb garden.
Sharing knowledge, strengthening skills and building our croquet community is always a pleasure. Thank you to everyone who donned our courts for a morning of learning and connection!
