Maia and Di took out the Ipswich Inaugural Challenge GC Doubles 8+ despite a drenching during the finals. Esme and George from the Wynnum Club were runners-up.

The rain held off for most of the day, but when the finals started the heavens opened and it was still raining when the games finished.
Jan and Bob won the play-off between the runners-up of Blocks A & B and finished 3rd.
Congratulations to Esme and George from the Wynnum Club, who were the runners-up, and thanks to the Ipswich Club for a most enjoyable day.
