Jenee Molyneux wins Eildon GC Division 2 Championship

Over the weekend 10 players competed for the Eildon Division 2 (Handicap 5-8) Championship.

The format was a round robin of 9 untimed games for each player over the two days. It's not often that players at this level are able to play untimed games, and every player agreed this was a great initiative, with skill and ability being the decider, not the clock.

At the end three players had 7 wins, with Jenee Molyneux winning the Championship with +19 hoops, to Jill Cole's +8 hoops, and Marilyn Nelson's +7 hoops. Congratulations to all three.

We followed up with an informal lunch and a review of a great tournament, with thanks to club GC co-captains Sue Beasley and Jill Cole for organising the event.
