Graceville hosts The Pitter Cup under sunny skies
nder sunny blue skies, Graceville Croquet Club proudly hosted "The Pitter Cup" last Saturday and Sunday (13-14 November 2021).
The Pitter Cup is named in honour of one of Graceville's finest players, Mrs WR Pitter.
The format of the competition had senior players paired with beginner players.
Senior players included an ex-Australian player, the current AC champion and a host of highly ranked players, all keen to pass on their knowledge to other players.
It was competitive, but also lots of fun. Well played everyone who competed.
The winners were Heather Smith (Graceville) and Lindsay David (Twin Rivers).
