Graceville wins the Annual Patron's Cup over Stephens

Glorious weather and good courts provided a great backdrop to the Annual Patron's Cup at Graceville Croquet Club this year. Cr Nicole Johnston, Patron of both clubs, was on hand to watch some very competitive croquet and friendly competition in the morning's play.

Graceville have clinched the cup for another year, which will be fiercely contested next year by Stephens. Thank you to all the Stephens players for stepping up, competing admirably and giving it their best shot in all the games played.

Graceville took out the cup with 10 games to 8 won and net hoops of 76 to 70. It was a very close contest.

The winner of the wonderful raffle was Chris H from Stephens! Many thanks to Graceville for the wonderful morning tea and lunch from the tireless helpers.
