Graceville wins close Annual Patrons Cup at Stephens

he Annual Patrons Cup was hosted yesterday by Stephens Croquet Club. Running for the past 11 years, this Cup is sponsored by the Club Patron of both Stephens and Graceville Croquet Clubs, Councillor Nicole Johnston.

What a close win for Graceville this year! The clubs were level in each round, with 12 games each in total. A countback on hoops, 130–120, went in Graceville's favour.

There were some delicious cakes for morning tea and then a superb lunch, with salads that have nothing in them!

Congratulations all round, it was a great day!
