Graceville wins 2017 Stephens vs Graceville Patron's Cup

The 2017 Stephens vs Graceville Patron's Cup lived up to expectations, with lots of keenly contested croquet, a delicious lunch and cake on a beautiful Brisbane winter's day last Saturday.

Of course, it would not have happened without the Patron of both clubs, Cr Nicole Johnston, who sponsors the event – thank you!

The Patron's Cup has been keenly contested since 2013, with Stephens the winner on three occasions. Unfortunately we couldn't make it four, but the result depended on the last game of both Association Croquet and Golf Croquet – a very close affair!

Congratulations to Graceville and thanks to all who helped make it such an enjoyable day.
