Graceville hosts Probus Croquet Gala Day

raceville Croquet is proud to welcome local Probus Clubs who visit us on a regular basis to enjoy this wonderful sport.

On Thursday, 21st October 2021 we hosted a Probus Croquet Gala Day.

Organised by our fabulous Maureen Singleton, with the help of other volunteer Graceville Club members, 5 Probus Clubs came together for a day of competition, fun, laughter and lunch.

The teams were:

- Indooroopilly West, 1st place, winning 9 games - Kenmore Millennium, 2nd place with 8 games - Bellbowrie/Brisbane West, 3rd place with 7 games - Taringa, 4th place with 5 games - Mt Ommaney, 5th place with 3 games

Mt Ommaney had only played one day before!

Congratulations to every player, it was a great success.

The thunderstorms that were predicted melted away to perfect sunshine.

Another great day for croquet.
