Glenn Zimmer wins inaugural Penny Jackson Men's Open Singles

A winning performance!

Congratulations to Glenn Zimmer, the inaugural winner of our Penny Jackson Men's Open Singles Tournament at McIlwraith this morning!

In an amazing achievement, Glenn, one of our newest players, who has been playing for less than a year, took home the coveted trophy (donated by Past President Penny Jackson) without losing a single game.

Glenn defeated Graham Young in straight games in the best-of-three final, showing impressive skill, composure and determination.

It just goes to show that it's never too late to take up something new and excel! And when it comes to croquet, as they say, the proof is in the hooping!
