Ena Mountney Shield held at Graceville, plus one more from Graceville

The Ena Mountney Shield, an Association Croquet singles competition, was held at Graceville Croquet Club over the weekend of 29th and 29th May 2022.

Players came from Stephens Croquet Club, The Range Croquet Club, Twin Rivers Croquet Club, Ballina Croquet Club, Eildon Croquet Club and hosts Graceville Croquet Club.

It was a weekend of glorious weather, with players happy to get out on the lawns after so many interruptions to games this year due to the rainy weather. Play was competitive and carried out in good spirit, with some hard-fought tussles amongst them.

Congratulations to Bruce Ford from Stephens Croquet Club, who was the winner, defeating Michael Eddiehausen from Graceville Croquet Club.
