Eildon members shine at Northern Tassie Easter event

Once again, Launceston was the go-to Easter destination, with a group of our members taking part in the annual Northern Tassie Easter Golf Croquet Event.

The four-day event featured Singles and Doubles games, all played in a Round Robin format. The Doubles, a timed Advantage event held over two days, added an extra layer of challenge, and kept everyone on their toes. Focus was essential, with low-handicap pairs racing against the clock to score more than the usual seven hoops—not only did every hoop count, but every stroke as well!

Eildon players Bob, Mike, Desley, Robert, and John dominated in the Open Singles, delivering edge-of-your-seat matches for those watching on as they battled it out against formidable opponents.

Division Two saw Jill shine with impressive results, clinching a spot in the top three.

Thanks to our Tassie and interstate croquet friends for making it such an enjoyable event.
