It’s been a busy weekend for Eildon Croquet Club members! Yesterday five Eildon members — Peter De-Vene, Maggie Lawson, Kathy Vincent, Sue Upton and Penny Verrall — took part in a handicap 7+ golf croquet tournament at Bribie.

Peter came second in the main comp, and Penny won the plate. Cash prizes!

Another Eildon member, Jenee Molyneux, shared the refereeing with two Bribie refs, Sue and Dennis Green.

The weather was well behaved, the lawns ran smoothly, and the morning tea was delicious — as usual.
