Eildon members shine across long weekend tournaments

The croquet season is in full swing, with our members playing in tournaments over the weekend.

On Friday, Robert R and Robert K played in the Windsor Broach Golf Singles Level Play Block A. Robert R achieved a fantastic second place in the block.

Jenee, alongside fellow Queenslanders, journeyed across the border to compete in the three-day NSW GC Women's Open Singles Championship. Congratulations to all Qld players.

Casey, Keith and Mike took part in a highly contested event at Bribie Island, the Association Steve Jones Cup Open Singles. Both Casey and Mike notched up two impressive wins each in their respective blocks.

Robert K continued his tournament run on Sunday, entering the Golf Singles Level Play at Graceville. In a field split into two blocks of six, Robert led his group with four decisive victories, advancing to the play-off. Robert delivered a superb performance to secure the Runner-Up position. Looking good for the upcoming Tassie Singles comp!

Congratulations to all players, a truly commendable and enjoyable long weekend of croquet!

Cheers Graceville, Bribie and Windsor for your warm hospitality and for hosting these brilliant events!
