Eildon wrapped up 2025 with its End of Year Presentations and Christmas Lunch, recognising the Club Champions. Guests, trophies, a raffle and lunch at the Belvedere Hotel made for a great day.

Eildon celebrates 2025 Club Champions at end of year presentations

ildon's End of Year Presentations and Christmas Lunch is always a great way to finish the year: a time to catch up off the lawns, enjoy a bit of good-natured banter, and give loads of well-earned recognition to our 2025 Club Champions.

It was pleasing to welcome Councillor Karl Winchester and Scott from Moreton Bay Council, along with Gwenyth, our retiring Patron and a life member, and Willomena representing the Breakfast Club.

The morning tea was as tasty as ever, and the raffle, organised by our Social Committee with all prizes kindly donated, was a favourite.

Captains handed out trophies for each code, and VP Megan did a brilliant job as MC, stepping in for our President, Jill.

After all the applause and morning tea, everyone made their way to the Belvedere Hotel for lunch, finishing the day in true Eildon fashion!

A great day was had by all!
