Desley and Mike runners-up in Sunshine Coast Open Doubles

Noosa was the venue for another brilliant day of croquet during the Sunshine Coast GC Championships, this time the Open Doubles.

The Eildon contingent included Jill & Penny, Jan & Shelly, Lorraine & John, and Desley & Mike.

Desley and Mike reached the Knockout stage, showed excellent skill through the rounds, and finished as runners-up after facing Gabby and Charlie in the final.

For our spectators, Eildon players and Sheila, it was a source of pride to see Desley and Mike's "never give up" attitude and teamwork throughout the tournament.

Well done!

Thank you to the Noosa members and the referees from Sunshine Coast clubs, Headland Buderim, Bribie Island and Noosa, for their dedication and hard work.
