Friendship day at Dalby: join us from 8:30 am

Blurred dark boots in motion on a wooden floor; no croquet equipment is visible

I screwed up; I'm in pain. It's the weather, not really about you. And I am sure you can find a little musical earworm that will haunt you for the day. And if you can't think of it, can I remind you of Carly Simon and "So Vain"? I am sure you can make that fit for a day on the croquet court...

I make no apologies for the blurry picture either. The rest of the club will find out about it when my people talk to the other people who talk to the crickets and decide heavy dew is a good day to play croquet. Which is honestly every day that ends in "Why" or is it "Y"? We can have that conversation; there are many varying views.

But the embarrassment is on my part. Turn up when you can on our friendship day! We, if only I, will be there from 8:30 am. We know the mornings are cold, and we know some travel far and wide. If it's not a game, come and join us for a cuppa and connect with our club and talk about how we can build a better community together.
