Czech visitors drop in for a night of golf croquet
Two visitors from the Czech Republic rocked up on Tuesday night for a game of golf croquet while in Brisbane for a conference. It was a pleasant surprise for the club.
hat a pleasant surprise on Tuesday night when two men rocked up from the Czech Republic to have a game of golf croquet.
Michal from the Dynamo Telc Croquet Club in Telc, which is halfway between Prague and Vienna, plays golf croquet and was keen to have a game while attending an international conference in Brisbane. Jan, Michal's colleague, agreed to come along and try golf croquet for the first time.
A beautiful night to welcome some international visitors with the same "love of croquet" some of us here in little old Brisbane have.
