Croquet bringing people together: the St John's and Navy Academy match

Croquet, bringing people together.

In the US there is a traditional competition played annually between the St John's Art College and the local US Navy Academy.

After tensions between the two sets of students due to differing philosophical opinions of the world, it was suggested in 1984 that a croquet competition and garden party be established.

40 years later, it is a colourful party which is the highlight of the calendar.
