On Friday 14 May, several club members participated in an awareness presentation covering basic CPR and the use of the defibrillator. It was extremely informative and included some valuable hands-on practice. I know we all came away with more confidence in our ability to respond appropriately should we ever find ourselves in an emergency situation.
