Clear skies and birthday cheesecake at Wynnum

The skies were clear blue all day until later this afternoon, when one or two small clouds appeared. The wind got up later in the afternoon, blowing a few hats off across the lawns.

The turnout wasn't at our full capacity today, with many members away at other competitions, but it was still a fabulous day on the courts. It was delightful to end the day with a wonderful cheesecake to celebrate Elaine's birthday.

Now that the temperatures are cooling down, it will make play so much more enjoyable. Come on down and try out our sport. We love it, and just know that you will too.
