Bob wins 2025 Queensland GC President's Medal

Four Eildon members played in the Queensland GC President's Medal. Bob, Mike, Casey and Desley all played in Block A, with Bob and Mike advancing to the XYZ Championship event and Casey and Desley playing in the Consolation event.

The Consolation Event was a double round robin, where the players played each other twice. Casey was placed third behind Jannene and Alison.

All games in the Championship division were the best of 3. Mike and Bob won their first matches, with Mike defeating Gordon and Bob defeating Gabby. However, they met in the second round and Bob defeated Mike, who then defeated Graham to take 3rd position overall.

Bob defeated Sidney in the final, becoming the 2025 President's Medal winner, and received his medal from CAQ President, Mike.
