here was a birthday bash with a side of croquet at Southport Croquet Club last Saturday afternoon.
It was a 29th birthday celebrated with a BBQ: sausages sizzled, croquet mallets swung and there was plenty of laughter in the breeze.
A big "Thank you" to our croquet legends, Gerald and Mike, for guiding the guests through their first go at the game of Golf Croquet. Several are keen to return for our "Come and Try Croquet" sessions, which are held every 3rd Sunday as part of the local Gold Coast Council initiative.
