Beenleigh training pays off at Eildon Gala Day
Two of three Twin Rivers members at the Eildon Gala Day on 8 September came home with prizes. Trevor and Maia each won their block, and the club also took home the lucky door prize.
t looks like our less than perfect courts at Beenleigh are a great training ground.
Two of the three members who attended the Eildon Gala Day on 8 September returned with prizes. Trevor and his partner won Block A, and Maia and her partner won Block B.
We also brought home the lucky door prize, a nice bottle of red. Now that should have been shared to celebrate the wins, but instead the third member (who won it) needed to drown her disappointment at not winning at croquet!
All in all, a great day. Well done, Maia and Trev.
