Barry Nichol receives Graham Memorial Trophy as Gold Medal prizes are presented
Barry Nichol was presented with the 2017 Graham Memorial Trophy at Wynnum's club day on 23 January 2018. Gold Medal Division 1 and 2 medals, including Dick Pickvance's win, were also handed out.

he 2017 presentation of The Graham Memorial Trophy for the Club Association Croquet Handicap event was made to Barry Nichol at our club day on Tuesday 23 January 2018.

Gold Medal Division 1 and 2 medals finally presented
The CAQ GC Gold Medal Division 1 and Division 2 events were held over the weekend of 29/30 April 2017, but no medals were presented to the winners on the day.
Eventually the medals arrived at our club in December, and they were presented to the players by WCC President Liz Fleming on Saturday 30th December 2017.
Division 1 was held at Caloundra, where Gordon Giles finished in 2nd position at the end of the weekend.
Division 2 was hosted by Bribie Island. Richard (Dick) Pickvance won the event in a very tight contest.
As a result of all of Dick's wins over the weekend in April, Dick managed to knock two points off his handicap.
