Andre Stonier wins Eildon Division 2 Golf Croquet Championship
The Eildon Division 2 Golf Croquet Champion for 2025 was contested by twelve club players over the weekend.
It was a closely fought competition, with the Division 2 players exhibiting a keen understanding of tactics and skill. Many games were played to the "golden hoop" or close to it, which made for some awesome duels throughout the games.
After eleven rounds of one-hour games, Andre Stonier, our regular Saturday morning player, was the winner. Congratulations to Andre, a well-deserved result.
Thank you to Bob and Casey (Knowledgeable Player) for refereeing on Saturday, to John for setting up CroquetScores, and of course to our Tournament Manager and Sunday referee, Desley, who kept the balls rolling throughout the weekend. Thank you also to all players who entered the event.
