Current Volunteer Positions
Event Coordinator Assistant
Help organise and coordinate our regional tournaments and social events. Tasks include venue liaison, participant communication, and schedule management.
Time commitment: 5-10 hours per month
Skills needed: Organisation, communication, basic computer skills
Club Maintenance Helper
Assist with the upkeep of croquet lawns and facilities across Queensland. Perfect for those who enjoy outdoor work and have basic gardening or maintenance skills.
Time commitment: 4-6 hours per month
Skills needed: Basic gardening/maintenance, reliability
Social Media Volunteer
Help promote croquet across Queensland by creating and scheduling content for our social media channels. Keep our community informed about upcoming events and achievements.
Time commitment: 3-5 hours per week
Skills needed: Social media experience, writing skills, photography (optional)
Tournament Referee
We're always looking for members willing to train as referees. Full training provided!
Time commitment: Training period plus tournament days
Skills needed: Good knowledge of croquet rules, calm temperament
Newsletter Editor
Compile and edit our quarterly newsletter, gathering stories and updates from clubs across Queensland.
Time commitment: 8-10 hours per quarter
Skills needed: Writing/editing, basic design skills
